- This Complaints Procedure has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the New Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., the Consumer Protection Act, as amended, and applies to consumer goods for which the buyer's rights related to defects are exercised during the warranty period.
- The warranty period for consumer goods is 24 months and is extended by the time the goods were in warranty repair.
- Consumers can submit a valid complaint using one of the following methods:

- When submitting a complaint, the consumer is required to provide:
- Proof of purchase of the goods (tax document, invoice, warranty card),
- The defective goods with all accessories,
- A detailed description of the defect.
- Upon receipt of the goods for a complaint, the consumer will be issued a receipt at the company's premises.
- The right to claim a warranty expires in the case of:
- Wear and tear from normal use,
- Improper handling and use contrary to the instructions or user manual,
- Damage from natural elements (e.g., water, fire, lightning, etc.),
- Damage from excessive load,
- Damage to goods during transportation (this complaint should be resolved directly with the carrier).
- In the case of a valid complaint, the goods will be repaired free of charge. If the defect is irreparable, the goods will be replaced with new ones. In the case of a replacement, a new warranty period begins.
- The period for handling the complaint, including the removal of the defect, is 30 calendar days without undue delay, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. This period begins from the day the complaint is received. If the period is not adhered to, the consumer has the right to a replacement of the defective goods or to withdraw from the purchase contract.
This Complaints Procedure comes into effect on July 15, 2014. Changes to the Complaints Procedure are reserved.
